Then in the GoDaddy menu go to "My Products" and then select the "Hosting" option. What you have to do to migrate is follow the instructions to backup your local database so you get the backup file. Using the economy linux hosting (Windows works the same way, you have to use the GoDaddy tools). I was using drupal 6 on GoDaddy and now Migrated to drupal 7 for testing.
